The ACC on the Sunshine Coast ministers to a broad area. Our Region extends from Gympie in the North through to the Glasshouse Mountains in the South. It’s an area known for its beautiful weather, amazing beaches and relaxed lifestyle.
Our region continues to expand in population and development and is one of Queensland’s rapid growth regions. Our movement continues to grow strong with 18 established churches in our region and approximately 80 credentialed pastors. We have experienced a number of changes in pastors over the past two years which gives opportunity for new beginnings, increased growth and stronger churches.
We hold several regional meetings during the year including daytime workshops and evening rallies. The strategy is to inspire, equip and support the amazing pastors and leaders within our region. Our workshops focus on equipping leaders practically while our evening meetings focus on inspiration and leadership development, along with awesome suppers that provide opportunity for our pastors and leaders to connect.
There is a great sense of synergy and unity across the church in our region and within our movement. We look forward to even greater things under God’s hand in the Sunshine Coast region. We are better together.
