Across our movement, one of the greatest gaps we see is a clear, sustainable pathway for Young Adults. Many churches have a heart for this generation but no framework, no trained leaders, and no confidence about where to start.

Momentum training day exists to close that gap.

On Saturday 12th September, from 10am to 4pm, UNIVS Young Adults QLD/NT is hosting a Leaders Training Day at Church of the Vale, Brisbane West/Ipswich. This is a practical, hands on day built specifically for young adults and young adult leaders who want to see a Young Adults ministry launched or strengthened in their local church.

We will cover the essentials: how to build a healthy YA culture, how to identity leaders from within, how to structure gatherings, run sheets flow and systems that actually retain young people, and how to connect your church into the wider UNIVS Young Adult network. Our goal is not to remain theoretical but to be activating.

The cost is $15.00 per person, which covers the full day. Registration is open now, and I would love to see a team from your church there, ideally your existing YA leaders alongside a few emerging leaders you are hoping to develop
