KIDS/YOUTH PROGRAM

If you have children/youth wanting to participate in the provided programs they must be * pre-registered before 30 September 2021.
* Pre-registration of children and youth is essential in order to satisfy the legal requirement of ratio of workers to participants. No child/youth will be registered into these provided programs after this date.

Kids Program

  • Age 2 to Age 3
  • Age 3+ to Age 5
  • Prep/Preschool to Year 2
  • Year 3 to Year 6

Youth Program

  • High School Age

Parent Lounge
A Parent Lounge will be provided for delegates with babies (0 to 2 years).


BREAKOUT SESSIONS

EMERGING LEADERS LUNCH – Tuesday (12 October) 12:45pm (onsite)

Where: Conference venue – deck

If you are aged between 18 & 30 years you are warmly invited to attend the Emerging Leaders lunch. This is an opportunity to meet like-minded people, be inspired and be encouraged (this lunch is only open to Conference Delegates). Click here to register.

If you are an Emeritus credential holder you are warmly invited to attend the Emeritus lunch. We are pleased to be introducing Wendy Megchelse as the new Emeritus QLD/NT Co-ordinator. Click here to register.

YOUTH ALIVE  – Tuesday 12 October – 7am

The Youth Alive Breakout Session is for those who are Youth or Young Adult Pastors. Join us on Tuesday 12 October, 7am at The Colombian Coffee Co (4/20 Brisbane Road MOOLOOLABA QLD 4557).

CHAPLAINCY –  Wednesday 13 October – 2pm to 5pm

Where: Anthem Church (10/125 Sugar Road, Alexandra Headland)

The Chaplaincy Australia Breakout Session is for those who are chaplains or anyone who is interested in Chaplaincy. The session will include professional development on “Debriefing,” and a panel discussion on “Pioneering a Chaplaincy Ministry.” Registration is free and includes afternoon tea. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT – Monday 11 October – 3:30pm

You are invited Community Engagement Breakout Session – FREE!

Come to the ACC conference early for a special treat.

Even if you are not coming to the conference you are most welcome to attend.

When: 3.30pm Monday 11th October

Where: Anthem Church 125 Sugar Rd, Alexandra Headland.

Who: The Community Engagement breakout session will include vision sharing updates from Ps Paul Bartlett our ACC National leader for community Engagement, and Nic Mackay the national leader of NAYBA community engagement network (both on Zoom).

Present in person will be will be Matt Boulton from Circuit Breaker, Gary Rucci QLD Chair of the reference board for NAYBA, Elise Pappas from KIDs hope.

Also included will be an opportunity to meet and network with new QLD/NT regional community engagement leaders over a complimentary Barista Coffee and yummy donut.  Click here to register now.

PARKING

As onsite parking is at a premium and there is absolutely no parking available outside the venue due to strict local council restrictions, pre-booked onsite car parks are required. If no pre-booked car park ticket is presented upon arrival at the venue, no parking will be available to you onsite.

Alternatives include, car-pooling or a free shuttle bus service to the Conference venue from an official OFFSITE PARKING AREA  (TBA). Click here to register for the shuttle bus.

REFUND POLICY

Any cancellations made before 31 August 2021 will incur a $40.00 administration fee per registration. Cancellations made from 31 August 2021 onwards will not be refunded without good cause.
Please note that there are no refunds on Stage One or Early Bird registrations (Conference week registrations).

The cost of a registration for the Conference does not include GST as the Conference is considered a ‘Religious Service’.
