As onsite parking is at a premium and there is absolutely no parking available outside the venue due to strict local council restrictions, pre-booked onsite car parks are required. If no pre-booked car park ticket is presented upon arrival at the venue, no parking will be available to you onsite.
Alternatives include, car-pooling or a free shuttle bus service to the Conference venue from an official OFFSITE PARKING AREA in TANAWHA.
Any cancellations made before 31 August 2021 will incur a $40.00 administration fee per registration. Cancellations made from 31 August 2021 onwards will not be refunded without good cause.
Please note that there are no refunds on Stage One registrations.
The cost of a registration for the Conference does not include GST as the Conference is considered a ‘Religious Service’.
